This bacon jalapeno deviled eggs recipe is seriously the easiest and it’s basically like regular spicy deviled eggs with bacon and jalapeno added! I don’t know about you but I get tired of the same old plain apps after a while. It’s good to shake things up! I’ve made these jalapeno popper deviled eggs for years and they’re always a crowd pleaser.

How To Make Jalapeno Deviled Eggs

Whether you are an old pro that knows how to make deviled eggs or this is your very first time, they are so easy to make!

To get started, boil the eggs:

  • Place the eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water, about an inch above the tops of the eggs.
  • Bring to a boil then remove from heat.
  • Add the lid and allow the eggs to rest and finish cooking in the boiling water for around ten minutes.
  • Frain off the water and peel the eggs.

Now you are ready to cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolk and set it aside in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, minced bacon, and minced jalapeno to the yolks and stir. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
